REFUND OF FEES: 

These rules will apply to all the students admitted in any courses being run by the College. If the student leaves the College before the completion of his course following fee refund rules will apply.

  • Security deposits will be refundable on completion of course.
  • Caution money will be refundable on leaving the seat.
  • Fee Refund : Deposited fee will be refundable only if the admission is cancelled by the candidate 6 days before the closing date of admission, no fee shall be refunded after this period. However, 10% processing fee may be deducted by the college.
  • All the fees of the students transferred by the State Govt. to other Medical Colleges within Madhya Pradesh will be transferred to the concerned Medical College.
HOSTEL: 

The College provides accommodation to the outstation students in well furnished hostels. Hostels have a very scenic location on a hill overlooking the upper lake. There are two girls and four boys hostels. The total number of rooms in the two girl's hostels is 176 which can accommodate 252 girls. Similarly number of rooms in four boys hostels are 275 with admitting capacity of 450 boys. Hostels are provided with a mess, water coolers, Purifiers, recreation rooms, Gymnasium, and other facilities. Additional accommodation for working women is also available in two separate hostels one 100 bedded and another 200 bedded. For each hostel, there is a Warden and an Assistant Warden who takes care of his hostel. In addition, there is a Chief Warden for all the hostels
